Fix Buffering with a VPN
If you're experiencing frequent buffering, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be throttling your connection — intentionally slowing your speed when it detects streaming traffic.
How to Tell If Your ISP Is Throttling
- Buffering happens mainly during peak hours (evenings, weekends)
- Your speed test shows good speeds but IPTV still buffers
- Regular websites and downloads work fine, only streaming is slow
The Solution: Use a VPN
A VPN encrypts your traffic so your ISP cannot detect or throttle IPTV streaming. Simply:
- Install a VPN app on your streaming device (see our VPN Setup Guide)
- Connect to a server in your country or nearby
- Open your IPTV app and start watching
We recommend using a paid VPN service for reliable speeds. Free VPNs are often too slow for HD streaming.
