Fix Buffering with a VPN

If you're experiencing frequent buffering, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be throttling your connection — intentionally slowing your speed when it detects streaming traffic.

How to Tell If Your ISP Is Throttling

  • Buffering happens mainly during peak hours (evenings, weekends)
  • Your speed test shows good speeds but IPTV still buffers
  • Regular websites and downloads work fine, only streaming is slow

The Solution: Use a VPN

A VPN encrypts your traffic so your ISP cannot detect or throttle IPTV streaming. Simply:

  1. Install a VPN app on your streaming device (see our VPN Setup Guide)
  2. Connect to a server in your country or nearby
  3. Open your IPTV app and start watching
We recommend using a paid VPN service for reliable speeds. Free VPNs are often too slow for HD streaming.
