Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an account has been created, as service credits are applied immediately and cannot be reversed.

New to our service? We recommend starting with a 1-month or 3-month plan. We also offer free trials so you can test the service before committing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription yourself from your Client Area:

  • Stop auto-pay only: Go to your service details page and click Cancel Subscription. This stops automatic card charges. Your service stays active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Fully cancel service: Click Request Cancellation on your service page. Choose "End of Billing Period" to keep your service until it expires, or "Immediately" to cancel right away.

No need to contact support to cancel — it is fully self-service. Any remaining time on your current billing period will still be honored.
