Account Suspension Policy
Your subscription remains active as long as your payments are current. Accounts may be suspended in the following situations:
- Overdue payment — If your renewal payment is not received, your service will be paused until payment is made
- Terms violation — Sharing your account credentials or exceeding your connection limit may result in temporary suspension
If your account has been suspended, simply renew your subscription or contact support to resolve the issue.
