Multiple Channels Not Working

If several channels are showing blank screens or failing to load:

  1. Restart your device and router — Unplug both for 30 seconds, then reconnect
  2. Check your internet speed — Go to fast.com on your streaming device. You need at least 30 Mbps
  3. Switch to Ethernet — Wi-Fi can be unreliable for streaming. Use a wired connection if possible
  4. Report the issueOpen a support ticket with the names of affected channels and your username
