Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your payment was declined, here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them.
Card Security Code Failed
The CVV is the 3-digit code on the back of your card (or 4 digits on the front for Amex). Double-check that you entered it correctly and try again.
Insufficient Funds
Ensure you have enough available balance and that the purchase amount does not exceed your credit limit. Contact your bank if you believe your balance is sufficient.
3-D Secure Verification Failed
Most banks require 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode) for online purchases. Make sure:
- Your card is enrolled in 3-D Secure with your bank
- You complete the verification prompt from your bank during checkout
Transaction Declined by Bank
Some banks block international or online transactions by default. Contact your card issuer to authorize the payment. Any held funds are typically released within 3–7 business days.
