If your credit card has expired, been replaced, or you simply want to use a different card for your IPTV subscription payments, you can update it yourself in under a minute. No need to contact support.
How to Update Your Card
There are two places where you can update your card:
Option 1: From Your Service Page
- Log in at optimedia.top
- Go to My Services and click on the service with the active subscription
- You will see a Payment Subscription section showing your active auto-pay
- Click the Update Card button
- A form will appear — enter your new card number, expiry date, and CVC
- Click Save Card
- Done — your next automatic payment will use the new card
Option 2: From the Payment Methods Page
- Log in at optimedia.top
- Go to Payment Methods from the menu (or on mobile, tap the menu icon and select Payment Methods)
- You will see a Stripe Subscription Card section at the top
- Click Update Card
- Enter your new card details and click Save Card
What Happens After You Update
- Your new card is saved immediately
- All your active subscriptions are automatically updated to use the new card
- Your next scheduled payment will be charged to the new card
- No interruption to your service — everything continues as normal
- Your old card is removed from your payment profile
Why You Might Need to Update Your Card
- Card expired — Your bank issued a new card with a new expiry date
- Card replaced — Lost, stolen, or compromised card was replaced by your bank
- New card number — Bank issued a completely new card
- Switch to a different card — You want to use a different credit or debit card
If your card expires and you do not update it before the next payment date, the automatic payment will fail and you will receive an email notification. Your service may be suspended until payment is made. To avoid any interruption, update your card as soon as you receive your new one.
Is It Secure?
Yes. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most trusted payment processors. We never see or store your full card number. The card form is hosted securely by Stripe and your data is encrypted end-to-end.
